His instinct for flavour, detail orientation, and refined presentation soon became the defining qualities of his cooking style.

With a background as a high-level sportsperson, Chef Elisha developed the discipline, focus, and competitive drive that continue to shape his standout approach to hospitality today. After gaining experience in two professional kitchens, he built a strong passion for service, organisation, and creating unique guest experiences. His relentless pursuit of refinement has helped shape him into a dedicated chef focused on delivering excellence at every step.
